First of all, let's talk about how to install the conductive slip ring. There are two installation methods for the conventional electric slip ring. One is through shaft installation, also known as through hole installation. This installation method is to pass the rotating shaft through the center of the conductive slip ring. The rotor part of the conductive slip ring rotates with the rotating shaft of the equipment. The conductive slip ring pressed by the shaft is generally fixed by screws, We will design four screws on the rotor of the conductive slip ring to fix the rotating shaft passing through it, and the stator part of the slip ring is organized to rotate with the rotor part in the form of a stop plate. The conductive slip ring installed through the shaft is easy to install and maintain.
The other is the slip ring installed on the flange. The flange installation method is usually installed on the end face of the rotating shaft of the equipment, and the flange is directly fixed on the rotating shaft of the equipment by means of screws. The advantage of the flange installation method is sealing, and its safety is higher than that of the conventional shaft through conductive slip ring. However, both shaft installation and flange installation depend on the specific requirements of the customer's equipment, and only those that are suitable for the customer's equipment are the best.

Since the number and size of the gas pipes can determine many characteristics of the pneumatic slip rings, we can divide the pneumatic slip rings into four installation methods according to the layout of the gas pipes. For the first single-way pneumatic slip rings, we generally use the flange installation method. Of course, if there is customer demand, we can use the shaft through the installation method. The second multi-way gas pneumatic slip ring, the multi-way gas pneumatic slip ring can be divided into two types according to the direction of air inlet and outlet: end face air outlet and side air outlet, so our installation methods can also be divided into two types, and the specific installation methods are shown in the following figure.
